Villa Élysée is a provencal style villa with modern comfort, covered pool and exotic garden fitting for up to six adults and two children (a baby bed can be added), with view over the surrounding hills of the Provence and the village of Rocbaron. Its situation is ideal, giving fast access both to the romantic towns and villages of the "Provence verte" and to the gorgeous Mediterranean coast (the French Riviera).

The dining room which has a large wooden dining table with seating for ten connects to the kitchen, which is fully fitted and well equipped (dinner-/silverware for 12 guests). It opens onto the veranda and further the south-west patio with its outdoor dining furniture (two wooden tables with chairs) and BBQ, which is a perfect location for breakfast and lunch .

The adjoining living area has a comfortable sofa and a two-seater settee, multilingual satellite TV, DVD and CD player for entertainment, and a large fireplace. A hallway leads to the four bedrooms (three, each with a double bed and one with two single beds), the bath room (with bath, showercubicle, bidet and toilet) and a separate toilet.
The washing room near the kitchen allows access to the double garage.
The private swimming pool can be used most time of the year (from april to october), its cover sheltering it from wind and heating it up by sunpower.
